  1. Yogananda and Maharshi were definitely the real deal of spiritual teachers, they had a real love for and devotion to God which is why they walked their particular spiritual path, unlike many modern day “spiritual teachers” like Ken Wilber, Andrew Cohen and Neo-Advaita teachers like Mooji and Gangaji who are on their path in order to avoid life, to “transcend” and become detached from everything (including actual love and feeling). True love is devotional and deeply passionate and calls for intense unselfish involvement in life, not avoidance by being detached from it.
